More about registering your team this year

We have been very busy building a new system to manage the whole application process. This system is now available. So we are now accepting applications for the 2009 tournament which will be held over the weekend of May 16th and 17th 2009.

The new system allows us to keep information on the teams and contacts in a database rather than have to enter everything into the system every year and allows the contacts to keep this information up to date and th omonitor the progress of your application.

Details of the clubs/teams that played in 2008 are already in the system (we needed it to run the 2008 tournament). They will be receiving an e-mail to give them their current Login and Password.

To enter a team first click on "Team sign up" on the menu and then fill in the contact details. The process is fairly strightforward and there are also help screens (click on "?") to help guide you through the process.
